Tough Day

This morning at 12:10am, my Daddy, aka Ray Phillips went to heaven.   At 90 yrs, 3 months and 14 days this world was truly blessed.   Many of you were fortunate to have him sharpen your scissors.   I was greatful when he taught me his wonderful techniques so that I can continue that service.   He will be greatly missed by Mom, my brothers, 7 grandkids and 12 great-grandkids.

    Thank you to everyone. All of the family except my son that is serving in Afghanistan will be home. Nothing better than having your brothers to support you.

    Dear Anne, Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Oh my goodness! We were just talking of your beloved Dad only about 10 days ago when he went in the hospital.     I am so so sorry Anne. I think losing our parents is one of the biggest losses in life. Thankfully you will be able to see him again one day. I know for now it is still a great sorrow and pain in your heart though.
